About Kirk Sanders: I am lifelong citizen of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. I graduated from North Carolina State University (B.A., 1992) and Wake Forest University School of Law (J.D. 1995).

I own Sanders Law Firm, PLLC in Winston-Salem (see www.kirksanderslaw.com). Since 1995 I’ve represented injured plaintiffs, including those injured in bicycle wrecks and motor vehicle accidents.

I also handle Will Caveat cases & Power of Attorney Abuse Cases.

In addition, my firm, Sanders Law Firm, PLLC, represents businesses with their corporation & LLC formations, contracts, collection, and litigation needs.

I’m a member of the Home Moravian Church and Salem Congregation Easter Band. I play the euphonium horn, tenor part.

Another hobby of mine is screenwriting. I have written a number of screenplays and one novel. One other passion of mine are old cars. Presently I own a 1967 Austin Healey 3000 BJ8. I’m restoring the BJ8. I’ve also owned other old cars including a ’74 BMW 2002 tii, ’72 Triumph Spitfire, ’72 Triumph TR6 (that nearly killed me), ’62 MGB, ’74 1/2 MGB, ’78 Jeep J10,  ’59 MGA, and 3 different Saab 900’s.

I garden at home and volunteer at Wachovia Garden, which grows fruits and vegetables that are donated to Sunnyside Ministries. We’re located at the corner of Bank St. & Church Street in Old Salem, behind the Belo Home.
