Kevin Parks a/k/a “the Chrome Man” spoke at a recent Corsa Rossa (http://www.meetup.com/Corsa-Rossa-Sports-Car/) car club meeting.
He can refinish your chrome pieces for your classic vehicles. Prices seem very reasonable.
He knows a metal worker who can fix the dents and bends too.

I have had a bad experience with MR KEVIN PARKS (aka) the chrome man. I have given my car parts for just about 4 months now and sent him a check also. I have called a dozen times he dosent answer or return messages when left daily. The last time i was lucky enuf to reach him he said my parts will be shipped out thursday that was the 3rd time iv’e heard that.I give all a fair warning he is very nice and prices may seem to be fair but if services are never rendered and you cant reach him look for somone else im in the process of consulting with my attorney. I wish good luck to all that use him.
The exact same thing has happened to me. I sent him vintage car parts which never came back – he took my money and returned only 4 pieces which will have to be redone anyway. He admitted “losing parts” and I pleaded with him to just return the remeaining part, but he does not and will not answer the phone or return emails. car restoration is an expensive chore, and when you come across a person with no scruples such as the chromeman, and get totally ripped off, then you lose a little of the passion you have to finish the job, not to mention the expense. I consider this person a criminal.
